Cancellation Policy

please note our cancellation policy down below before making your reservation

• In order to receive a full refund for your bike rental, you must do so by noon the day before for regular bikes. Bike reservations cancelled within the cancellation period will not receive a refund. Same day cancellations are not accepted!

• Due to high demand, our cancellation policy for E-Bikes is 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. E-Bikes cancelled within the 48 hour time frame will not receive a refund.

• Email cancellation requests are not accepted. If you need to cancel, you must speak with one of our customer service representatives.
